Kim is involved in all aspects of the Development department.  She works closely with The SVP of Development and CEO on new acquisitions and third party management contracts.  She also focuses on the organization and the efficiency of the growing development department. By utilizing a broad range of resources from internet to word of mouth, Kim researches potential clients in hope of pursuing new contracts. Kim's dynamic and outgoing personality helps to make her an asset to the Rim Team.
