Rim Hospitality adds approximately 700 rooms through new development. 

Rim Hospitality has entered in to a third party management agreement for the development of a $140 million luxury condo hotel resort, The Westin Kelowna.  The 220 room 4-5 Star property is nestled in the lush Okanogan Valley of British Columbia, Canada.  “We are excited about our entrance into Canada and our first Westin brand!” says Mark Burden President of Rim Hospitality. 
 
Rim is also covering new territory with a Sheraton Suites in Owasso, Oklahoma.  The 200 room Sheraton Suites hotel will be our first project in Oklahoma and our first joint venture with Heavenly Hospitality.  This all suite hotel is about ten minutes from Tulsa, Oklahoma.  “Gregg Pearson will be overseeing our side of the project.” states Burden. Gregg Pearson formerly with Starwood Hotels recently joined Rim Hospitality as Senior Vice President.  Pearson will aggressively spearhead a strategic plan to gain more Starwood and Marriott branded hotels
 
Rim Hospitality adds two hotels in Redlands and one in San Bernardino, California.  In Redlands one of the hotels will fly a Courtyard by Marriott flag and the other is still to be determined.  The San Bernardino project is a 120 room Hilton Garden Inn.  These projects are due to break ground later this year.
