Modesto, CA— Rim Hospitality continues its expansion with an agreement to manage the LAX Plaza Hotel in Culver City, California. Rim now has 19 hotels in the United States  Expected to re-open in 2007, as a newly signed Courtyard by Marriott will be another successful reposition for Rim.  LAX Plaza Hotel in Culver City, California will consist of 260 rooms.
