HomeOffice2 will produce reports for individual or combined properties, dependent upon appropriate user password privileges. These reports are available for a single day or a date range. Being universal, it allows the system to provide reports such as Annual Occupancy Comparison Report, Daily Labor Cost per Occupied Room by department and Room Revenue Forecast by day, compared to budget and prior year. The results are automatically displayed as an Excel spreadsheet or Word document.  With the file in Excel or Word format, the user can save the information to his or her PC file for later use or email it directly to a recipient. Additional reports can be designed or customized within HomeOffice2 and become readily available for any department and then automatically emailed to anyone at anytime.
