Rim Hospitality in an active participant in the Career Ladders program to identify and build job ladders designed for the advancement of line level colleagues. Rim Career Ladder training breaks down every job function and presents these individual duties, tasks, and responsibilities in a self-paced instructional manner that tests each employee on their job knowledge and provides feedback for improvement. Employees are encouraged to learn about other job functions and cross train in these areas to make them a more effective member of the team and to provide them with growth opportunities.

This Career Ladder program assists Rim colleagues to:
