The Rim accounting team provides comprehensive hotel management financial services including processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll processing, time and attendance management, daily cash management, and financial statement preparation. Our team is led by our Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Virgil, a CPA with 17 years of hotel finance management experience. We assist managers and owners with a state-of-the-art hotel budget model developed specifically for the hospitality industry. Using our proprietary system HomeOffice2, managers and owners can view daily, monthly and annual revenues against anticipated business levels. Rim Hospitality uses Kronos time and attendance software to review labor on a real-time basis using the Internet. Our Kronos timekeeping software is also fully interfaced with EBS payroll processing system where checks are produced. All financial data is prepared using GAAP accounting standards.
