Revenue Management
Rim conducts extensive Revenue Management/Yield Management strategy training with our Brand Revenue Managers and our Heathman Collection team. Managers compare hotel pricing and availability of certain pricing to the local market to maximize our revenue potential. This constant oversight is essential to Rim’s overall sales and marketing strategy.
The process begins by forecasting sales at each hotel then shares this information through our proprietary database system called HomeOffice2. Each manager, sales manager, or interested colleague has immediate access to past performance data and forecasted projections allowing the oversight and input necessary to get the most from our daily revenue management strategies.
