RimServe Team Members

The RimServe Team Members, along with the support of the property Management team will collectively be charged with the responsibility, implementation and overall success in reaching our goals of “exceeding guest’s expectations” fulfilling our Mission Statement. The RimServe Team Members will ensure that all comment cards are reviewed and entered into HomeOffice. Cards which are excessively negative or need specific action should be reviewed with your General Manager to reach an appropriate resolution. Positive guest comment cards which specifically name a colleague should be highlighted and placed on the RimServe Board.

The RimServe Team Members will be the catalyst in representing their hotel regarding Guest Service. They will bring viable solutions forward, be responsible for the training of their colleagues and receive and provide feedback. The RimServe Team Members will be required to fulfill specific tasks which are further detailed in this binder.

RimServe Champion

The RimServe Champion will be the main contact at Rim to support our guest service program. The Champion will attend monthly RimServe Conference Calls (conducted the last Wednesday of the month, at 1:00pm PST), conduct training with their Team Members, ensure GSS scores and Guest Comment cards are uploaded into HomeOffice weekly, conduct weekly Team Meetings, keep RimServe Binder and RimServe Board up to date.
